COREVSAND ELS
Description
COREVSAND ELS is a premixed, integral color, vapor permeable, acrylic-based elastomeric textured coating that provides a finish that is protective, durable, colorfast, decorative and easy to maintain. It has excellent properties of elasticity, so that it can bridge existing hairline cracks and crazing. COREVSAND ELS is a DPR (Dirt Pick-up Resistance) synthetic finish. The surface of the finish is hard, non-tacky, and extremely resistant to the accumulation of dirt, mildew and other contaminants. COREVSAND ELS is available in different looks related to the size and combination of aggregates:

- COREVSAND ELS 1200
- COREVSAND ELS 1300
- COREVSAND ELS 1.5
- COREVSAND ELS 2.0
These correspond to Corev’s standard COREVSAND finish coatings in terms of the sizes of aggregate. COREVSAND 2.0 provides the thickest, heaviest texture.
Use recommended
COREVSAND ELS is used in exterior applications over EIFS, properly cured stucco, or prepared concrete or masonry. Because of the elasticity of the finish, it is most commonly specified for use over conventional stucco systems, in order to bridge existing hairline crazing and cracking up to 1/32” in width. Cracks and voids larger than 1/32” shall be repaired and sealed prior to the application of COREVSAND ELS.
